This notice covers the early-access form on tradeslinked.co.uk. TradesLinked uses it to organise invitations to the private beta. For questions or requests about your information, contact rickyshuter@tradeslinked.co.uk.

What we collect and why

We save your email address, chosen role (customer, tradesperson, business or recruiter), the time you registered and the version of the consent wording you accepted. We use these details to contact you about beta access, using your consent. We also record whether a request is new, invited or withdrawn.

Registering interest does not create an app account, confirm your email ownership, guarantee an invitation or start a subscription. We do not use this consent for unrelated marketing.

Where your details go

The website is hosted by Vercel and the interest list is stored privately in our Supabase project in Ireland. Authorised TradesLinked administrators can access the list to organise beta invitations. Other visitors and ordinary app members cannot read it.

We use Resend to send you an acknowledgement that your beta-access enquiry is under review, and to email an internal registration notification to the TradesLinked administrator. Resend processes your email address to deliver your acknowledgement, and your email address, chosen role and registration time for the internal notification. We keep delivery statuses and message references so failed messages can be checked and retried. The acknowledgement includes an embedded logo, without a remote image request. This does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Our service providers also process technical information to deliver and protect the service, which may involve their international infrastructure. See Vercel’s privacy policy, Supabase’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy for their handling of service data.

Security and retention

We use an encrypted connection and restricted database access. To limit spam, our server creates a daily changing code from your network address; raw network addresses are not saved in the interest list. We keep these temporary rate-limit records to detect abuse. Hosting providers may keep their own technical security logs.

The interest list is managed manually; entries are not automatically deleted after a fixed period. You can withdraw consent or request removal at any time using the contact address below. Separate app-account records, if you later join the beta, are covered by the app’s privacy information.

Change your mind or ask for help

You can withdraw your consent, ask to see or correct your details, or request deletion by emailing rickyshuter@tradeslinked.co.uk. Please use the address you registered with so we can identify your request. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before it.

If you have a concern, contact us first. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and tracking

This public homepage does not add advertising or analytics trackers. The form does not store your entries in browser storage. Following the beta login link opens the separate app, which has its own access controls and privacy information.
